Privacy

We don’t collect any information about you. There are no trackers or analytics tools on this site.

If you choose to give us your email address or Nostr public key, we’ll send you messages at regular intervals until you opt out. There are no tracking tools on any of those messages either.

We do count clicks. Any time you click a link to a product we post about, whether the link is on our website, in an email, on Nostr, or anywhere else, we count the click and record where that link was originally posted. This reveals nothing about you. It merely helps us measure our performance, much like a store owner measures inventory levels.

All software we employ to run this service is free, open-source, and managed by us. For now, the hardware that hosts our software is rented.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms) govern your use of the website and other online services (collectively, “Services”) provided by ICKNO LLC (“ICKNO”). The Services include, but are not limited to, the website located at ickno.com, the ICKNO newsletter server, and any other online property that links to these Terms.

By using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Our core operation is to provide information about deals on various goods on our Services (“Deals”). Deals are for products provided by third-party sellers (Sellers). If you choose to engage in a transaction with any Seller, that transaction is between you and the Seller.

ICKNO may have relationships with certain Sellers, and we may get paid for certain listings. ICKNO is not a party to, or in any way responsible for your interactions with a Seller, including when we have a relationship with a Seller. We are not responsible for fulfilling a Deal or for the products and services in a Deal.
